1.1 For Customers from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, delivery is free of charge provided the order value exceeds € 410 gross (incl. VAT). This only applies to the products from the category:

2. Discount thresholds
2.1 When purchasing products for an amount exceeding € 260 gross (cart value excluding shipping costs), a 3% discount is automatically applied to the current order.
2.2 Products that are on promotion are not included when calculating the € 260 threshold.
3. The discount of 2% on the first purchase after registration.
3.1 When creating an account in the store, the Customer is granted a one-time 2% discount, which reduces the amount of their first purchase.
4. Combining Discounts
4.1 The discounts and bonuses listed in points 1, 2, and 3 may be combined.
5. Loyalty program for Customers registered in the store.
5.1 Every Customer registered in the store can collect points in their account. Depending on the number of accumulated points, the administrator grants discounts of 3%, 4%, or 5% on each product purchased in the store, which are deducted from the order value during subsequent purchases.
5.2 Points are awarded for the following activities:
5.2.1 Product purchase (25,6 EUR = 10 pts)
5.2.2 Adding an opinion about the purchased product (1 opinion about 1 product = 3 pts)
5.2.2.1 An opinion about a product can be added on the product card on the store's website or in response to an opinion request sent to the Customer's mailbox. The opinion request is sent 7 days after placing the order.
5.2.2.2 Points are awarded after the administrator accepts the opinion.
5.2.2.3 Opinions added on the store website without prior purchase are not converted into points.
5.2.2.4 The Customer receives information by e-mail about the publication of the opinion on the store's website.

5.4 Points expire automatically after 45 days from the date they are received. The oldest points are used first.
5.5 The Customer receives e-mail notifications about the account status and the expiry date of the points, thanks to which they can make timely decisions about the next purchase to prevent the loss of the discount.
5.6 The number of accumulated points and the amount needed to reach a discount threshold are available after logging in to your account in the "Your Orders" tab.
5.7 If the Customer returns the goods, points are deducted from their account.
