1. The discount code in the basket for registered and unregistered Customers.
1.1 A Customer can use the discount code placed in the basket provided that their order reaches certain values.
1.2 In the case of products covered by the promotion, the discount is not applied.
1.3 Points awarded for purchases covered by this discount is taken into account in the Loyalty Program (point 3), provided that the buyer is registered in the store.
2. A discount of 2% on the first purchase after registration.
2.1 When creating an account in the store, a Customer is granted a 2% discount, by which the amount of the first purchase is reduced.
2.2 This discount and the discount mentioned in the point no 1 sum up.
3. Loyalty program for Customers registered in the store.
3.1 Each Customer registered in the store has the opportunity to collect points on their account. Depending on the number of points accumulated, the administrator grants discounts of 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% for each product purchased in the store, which are deducted from the order value for subsequent purchases.
3.2 Points are awarded for the following activities:
3.2.1 Product purchase (approx.24 EUR = 10 pts)
3.2.2 Adding an opinion about the purchased product (1 opinion about 1 product = 3 pts)
3.2.2.1 An opinion about a product can be added on the product card on the store's website or in response to an opinion request sent to the Customer's mailbox. The opinion request is sent 7 days after placing the order.
3.2.2.2 Points are awarded after the administrator accepts the opinion.
3.2.2.3 Opinions added on the store website without prior purchase are not converted into points.
3.2.2.4 The Customer receives information by e-mail about the publication of the opinion on the store's website.

3.4 Points expire automatically after 45 days from the date they are received. The oldest points are used first.
3.5 The Customer receives e-mail notifications about the account status and the expiry date of the points, thanks to which they can make timely decisions about the next purchase to prevent the loss of the discount.
3.6 The number of accumulated points and the amount needed to reach a discount threshold are available after logging in to your account in the "Your Orders" tab.
3.7 If the Customer returns the goods, points are deducted from their account.
