1. COURIER PARCEL
1.1 The shipping service (road freight) is provided by Furgonetka Sp. z o.o Sp. k. ( https://furgonetka.pl ) which is a broker of DPD, FedEx, GLS, UPS and by DHL Express (Poland) Sp. z o.o.
1.2 The goods are usually dispatched within 2 business days, but sometimes in unexpected cases, it may be up to 3 business days counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account (according to point no 5.4.1 of the Online Shop Regulations). The deadline for delivery results from the time allowed for dispatch and the transit time to the destination. The transit time to the supported countries is as follows:

1.3 Using the tracking number provided by the carrier, a Customer can track their order under the links: www.dhl.com/express (DHL) or https://furgonetka.pl/zlokalizuj/?lang=en_GB (Furgonetka).
1.4 The cost of freight is indicated after clicking the "Add to Cart" button. It changes every month depending on the fuel fee rate quoted by the courier company and the rate of Polish currency: PLN to EUR or PLN to GBP depending on the currency settings on the home page.
2. SHIPPING ON PALLETS
2.1 The shipping service (road freight) is provided by DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o.o.
2.2 This shipping method is available in standard in the basket for Germany only. Regarding the other destinations, a quotation is given to a Customer in response to an inquiry sent to an email address: bfresh@bfresh.pl
3.3 A Customer can track their order on the website: https://www.dhl.com/pl-en/home.html?locale=true using the tracking number provided by the carrier.
